Steve Ruddick visited Bread Bar on James St. in Hamilton to get a look at how they turn local ingredients into their dishes, because at Bread Bar, good ingredients matter.

Bread Bar has 4 locations- two in Hamilton, one in Guelph and a new location in Burlington at the Pearle Hotel. They also cater out of their two Hamilton restaurants.
