For a few years running now, the city of Burlington has been ranked at the top of mid sized cities in the country. It is a very attractive place to settle down, and today we are checking out a new development that will continue that reputation. And even though the development is currently under construction, that didn’t stop Tim Bolen from checking out Paradigm Condos.
