It’s back to the drawing board Thursday night for the new West Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

The move comes after the Local Health Integration Network decided the current plans for the 137-million dollar project are outdated. In 2012, the Ontario government scrapped the project. But the LHIN says it’s going to ask the Health Ministry for a planning grant to start over. West Lincoln Memorial has now amalgamated with Hamilton Health Sciences. With that and the new hospital in St. Catharines, the LHIN says proposed services at West Lincoln Memorial may change.
