One of the biggest institutional investors in Research in Motion is calling for big changes.

Investment bank Jaguar Financial Corporation wants RIM to seriously consider its strategic options.
They include a possible sale or split up of the company.
Jaguar Financial also says RIM should consider selling off its patent portfolio into a separate company.
With strong competition from Apple and Google, RIM’s shares have slumped from their record highs of 2008.
The Chief Executive of the Toronto-based investment bank says RIM needs transformational change before its market value is lost.
