Injuries lead to jumper recall

Health Canada has issued a recall for the Baby Einstein musical motion activity sun jumper.
The agency says the yellow sun part of the product could re-bound with enough force to cause an injury. So far 61 injuries have been reported — including one infant who ended up with a skull fracture.
About 8500 jumpers were sold in Canada between May 2010 and this past May. The distributor Kids II is offering a replacement attachment.
