Researchers are warning parents that Google can’t substitute their pediatrician.

A new study looked at the accuracy of Google internet searches for infant sleep safety.

It showed just over 40% of websites were accurate, 30% were inaccurate and the remaining provided information that wasn’t relevant.

Government and organizational websites had the best information, while blogs, product reviews and news websites were often wrong.
