Health Canada recalls

Health Canada has made the following recalls.
First, Loblaw is recalling President’s Choice brand Butter Chicken lasagna because of the possible presence of bone fragments. The UPC code is 0 60383 04640 8. The best before dates are 2015 Oct 26, 2015 Dec. 25, 2016 Mar 11 and 2016 May 20.

Loblaw is also recalling the PC Organics 540ml size Chickpeas (UPC 0 60383 70869 6) due to the presence of insects.

Shoppers Drug Mart is recalling the Life brand Instant Read Digital Temple Thermometers (Model No. 057800711568) due to an inaccurate temperature display. Some devices are displaying a lower than actual temperature.

Sysco Imperial is recalling the 2.04kg Meat Variety Pack (UPC code 007 34730 49074 8) due to undeclared milk and wheat. (no picture available)
And Solutions 2 Go in Mississauga are recalling the Turtle Beach Ear Force XO FOUR Stealth gaming headset used with the Xbox One gaming console. The headsets are black with green trim and have soft ear-cups, an audio controller and a removable microphone. The product can be identified by model number TBS-2320-03 and UPC 7 31855 02320 2. A 13-character alphanumeric serial number is printed on the inside of the headband of the headset and on the bottom flap of the box. Only those headsets containing code “C16” within the serial number and that do not have a green dot under the windscreen of the microphone are affected.
Mold spores were found on certain units, posing a risk of respiratory or other infections in individuals with chronic health problems.
Neither Health Canada nor Solutions 2 Go, Inc. has received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these headsets but Solutions 2 Go Inc. has received six reports of mold on the headsets in the USA. 1,668 units were sold in Canada between June and November of this year at Walmart, Amazon.ca, The Source, EB Games Home Hardware and other independent retailers.
