Harper totes pipeline benefits

Prime Minister Stephen Harper says it’s important for Canadians to benefit from the country’s energy products and that Trans Canada’s energy east pipeline could provide those benefits.

But he also says any such projects in Canada will be subject to a rigorous independent analysis of the environmental and economic impacts.
