Halloween is this Saturday and if “trick or treating” isn’t your style, perhaps a little walk might do you good; a zombie walk perhaps. And what zombie isn’t a little hungry after a stroll through Hamilton. Chef James Kayser of Butcher and the Vegan along with Rebecca Hughes from Nickel Brook Brewing are here with a taste of what discerning zombies will be looking for on the menu this Saturday.
