Google eying Motorola mobile
Google plans to buy Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion.
The search engine giant says the two companies have struck a deal that will see Google pay $40/share for Motorola.
The deal has been unanimously approved by the boards of directors of both companies.
Motorola operates Google’s android system on its smartphones.
