It’s taken over two years and $20 million but the new David Braley and Nancy Gordon Rock Garden at the RBG opened to the public as of Friday, and it is an impressive achievement. Not only will it be open year round, depending on the time of the day or time of the year you visit, it will always be an experience. This morning Tim Bolen gave us a preview of what to expect.
