The city of Port Colborne is hosting it’s annual Flavours festival. The festival is  a celebration of local food, craft beer and wine.  One of those participating is Kevin Echlin the owner of The Smokin’ Buddha who was here this morning to tell us all about the event along with event organizer Michelle Cuthbert.
