Find the ability in disabilities at Hamilton’s accessibility fair

We are finding the ability in disabilities this morning as we get set for the Accessibility Fair coming up this Thursday at City Hall in Hamilton. Paula Kilbourn has been blind since she was 11-years-old and has found that helping people helps her. At this year’s fair she will be handing out the first ever Accessibility Award for the City of Hamilton.
