We’ve all heard medical experts talk about the importance of exercise and physical activity in combating obesity.

But Maria Hayes tells us it’s also one of the key elements in maintaining good health as we age.

Nutrition also plays a role, as well as activities to stimulate the brain. Dr Alexandra Papaioannou will give specifics on healthy aging, at a talk this Wednesday at St Peter’s Hospital in Hamilton.
