Tiffany and Company is suing Costco for allegedly selling counterfeit rings.

The high end jeweler claims Costco has been selling different types of rings for many years and calling them “Tiffany” rings without the company’s knowledge. The jewelery maker filed a lawsuit in a U.S. District Court in New York Thursday. Costco has not responded publicly to the lawsuit.
