Closing the skills gap

Imagine a future of “jobs with no people” and “people with no jobs”. The Conference Board of Canada warns we’re on our way – unless some big changes are made in the so-called “skills gap”. Here to address where education fits in is Marie Bountrogianni, former MPP for Hamilton Mountain and intergovernmental affairs minister. She’s now the interim dean of the Chang School, Ryerson University.
