Changes for annual physical check-ups

There may be some changes to the procedure of the annual health check-up for patients in Ontario.

A tentative deal calls for modernizing the yearly exam and personalizing it to meet the individual needs of patients, and also help reduce costs for unnecessary tests. The government says many family doctors have been calling for the changes, saying the needs of individuals vary greatly and not all patients need to undergo the same tests each year.
