‘Care Of’ selected as first book for One Book, One Niagara
Libraries across Niagara are trying something new. They’ve launched their first ‘One Book, One Niagara’.
This initiative is to bring together people of the community and get them talking about important issues. The 11 libraries and a representative from the Niagara College Library and Brock University Library came together and chose ‘Care Of’ by Ivan Coyote to launch One Book, One Niagara.
The chief librarian at Grimsby Public Library, Kathryn Drury joined us with more on why Ivan Coyote’s book was selected, and how they hope to make this an annual event in the region.
