Bye, bye penny
The end is near for the lowest denomination of Canadian currency.
As of February 4th, the Royal Canadian Mint will no longer distribute the penny because the government says it costs more to make the penny than it’s worth. Cindy Csordas was talking to people today about whether they’re willing to accept this “change”.
