Boomers unaware of Alzheimer’s symptoms

An online survey of Canadian baby boomers shows a lack of awareness about Alzheimer’s disease.

The survey found 23 per cent of boomers can’t name any of the early signs of Alzheimer’s, even though their risk doubles every five years after age 65. Mary Burnett from the Alzheimer society of Hamilton and Halton joins us highlights from the survey.
