Blending all the ingredients together
The plan for Tim Bolen today was to go foraging; where you head out into in nature searching for wild food resources. Mother Nature has not been cooperating though as the chilly temperatures is stalling the growth on many things. But that didn’t stop Tim from meeting up with Erica Guildi of Blend Catering to make a delicious gourmet dish.
