Exciting news for garden centres as they can be fully open on Friday, which is just in time for the most important weeks of their year; Mother’s Day and the May 24 weekend. It’s still too cold to be planting most things in the garden, but Tim Bolen got some great tips from Harper’s Garden Centre in Dundas for when the time comes.
