Local and respected dog trainer Katherine Vooys is kicking off a new program that is geared at dog bite prevention. She will be going to schools and clubs to talk about the proper way kids should interact with dogs especially when you first meet them.  Tim Bolen, along with his dog Alfie, and a few volunteers learned what the program is all about.
