Addressing the stress

Growing up is hard and a new school year can make things even more difficult for kids. The stress they feel can result in frequent vomiting and a “nervous stomach” and if it continues long term it can develop into a more chronic condition.
Dr. Bob Issenman is the director for the centre for children’s digestive health at McMaster Children’s Hospital and he has some tips on how to deal with the situation.
