Forged in the fires of BBQ competition, executive chef Stephen Perrin is classically trained in the art of fine dining, and is also known for flexing his award-winning barbecue chops.

He and his two friends created diverse evolutions of dining experiences including Rusty’s at Blue Mountain.

This morning we were joined by Stephen to see what makes him the Canadian Barbecue Pitmaster.
