Niagara Plein Air Artists brings together groups of people that love to paint outdoors. The artists range from professionals to people that are just starting out, who all use different types of mediums. Tim Bolen spent the morning watching them paint and learning about an exhibition that is taking place at 13th Street Winery starting August 28th.
