Tim Bolen went on an adventure for his Rollin’ With Bolen segments and headed to Northern Ontario. He made four stops with Destination Ontario and his last stop was Timmins.

To start his tour he checked out the glamping experience at Kenogamissi Lake with WildExodus. About 30 minutes south of Timmins, WildExodus offers unique accommodations that offer guests great outdoor experiences, meals, and adventure.

Next up, Tim checked out Cedar Meadows Resort & Spa where wilderness tours are offered. He got up close with some bison, elk, and fallow deer while discussing everything else the resort has to offer.

Then he travelled to the Timmins Museum where he got dressed in mining gear to take a tour. The museum displays a look at the history and evolution of the mining industry in Timmins as well as well as showcases art galleries and more. Take a trip in VR and experience what it was like to be a miner in years past.

Tim’s tour of Timmins wrapped up in the water, where he strapped into a wakeboard and tried to stay above the water at Timmins Wake Park, located at Gillies Lake. There you can learn to wakeboard in a safe environment without the use of a motorized boat, and about 99% of people get up on the board at some point.
