There is nothing better than fresh Ontario maple syrup, and it begins flowing at Bronte Creek Provincial Park this weekend and runs throughout the month. You can enjoy a guided tour of the whole process where interpreters costumed for the 1890’s demonstrate ways of collecting and enjoying the maple syrup.
