Milton elementary teacher faces 28 additional child porn, luring charges

A Milton elementary school teacher is facing 28 additional charges in relation to a child luring and pornography investigation.

Halton Regional Police have determined that the accused, who has remained in custody since his arrest four months ago, had been luring children online from across the world.

Investigators say the accused paid children with Roblox gift cards to record them performing sexual acts.

Police say he met with a 14-year-old girl in Brampton and sexually assaulted her in February 2022.

Justin Zielke, 44, of Ancaster has been further charged with:

  • Voyeurism (4 counts)
  • Accessing Child Pornography (5 counts)
  • Luring (9 counts)
  • Make Child Pornography (4 counts)
  • Extortion (2 counts)
  • Invitation to Sexual Touching
  • Sexual Interference
  • Sexual Assault
  • Obtaining Sexual Services from a Minor

Investigators say Zielke has been a teacher at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Elementary School in Milton since 2016. Police say students called Zielke “Mr. Z” and he used various online personas such as “Dan Forest.”

Police believe there may be additional victims.
