Marco Muzzo to plead guilty in fatal crash

Marco Muzzo, who is accused in the deadly car crash that killed three children and their grandfather in Vaughn will plead guilty February 4th.

His lawyer, Brian Greenspan says his client will plead guilty, but this is not a plea deal. He has also asked for a trial in front of judge alone.

Jennifer Neville-Lake, the mother of the three children who were killed in the crash says “there is no sentence that can repay what was taken from us.”
