Man wanted after video recording women, exposing himself at Pen Centre

Niagara police are looking for a man accused of following and video recording women before exposing himself at a mall.

Officers responded to the Pen Centre in St. Catharines around 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 for a report of indecent acts.

Investigators say a man had been allegedly watching and following women shopping at Walmart. He would then use his phone to video record the women.

Police say the man also exposed himself and committed an “indecent act.”

The man is described as White, 25 to 35 years old and five-foot-four with a slender build and goatee.

He was last seen wearing a dark beanie toque, orange sport sunglasses, grey sweatpants, grey hooded sweatshirt, dark construction jacket with neon and grey reflectors, and black running shoes with white soles.
