Police say a man is in hospital after he collided with an SUV while driving a scooter Monday morning in Niagara Falls.

Officers say the crash happened shortly before 10 a.m. on McLeod Rd. near Jubilee Dr.

Paramedics transported the man to a local hospital with unspecified injuries.

McLeod Rd. is closed between Jubilee Dr. and Oakwood Dr. as police investigate.
