Hundreds without power after Burlington construction site fire

A fire at a residential construction site on Appleby Line has led to road closures and power outages early Wednesday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the scene around 4:30 a.m. and remain there to manage any flare ups that may occur.
Update. Appleby Line has reopened in both directions. There may be some intermittent lane restrictions for work crews and traffic signals may not be functioning in all areas. Treat these intersections as all-way stops. ^pb
