Homicide unit investigates after fetus found in Oakville park

Homicide detectives are investigating Friday after a fetus was found in a park in Oakville.

Officers were called to Oakdale Park around 8:45 a.m. when a pedestrian walking near Munn’s Creek saw the fetus.

Investigators are asking residents in the area to review their surveillance video or dash camera footage taken after 7 p.m. on May 18.
