Hamilton’s Black Forest Inn plans to reopen doors in October

First Published:

The steel-town landmark posted on social media Wednesday night saying they will reopen in October with a revamped menu and lounge.

Earlier in September the 55-year-old business announced it was closing “until further notice” due to financial constraints.

The social media post reads that the restaurant will reopen October 3 starting with their take-out and delivery service from 2 p.m to 8 p.m. on Thursdays to Sundays.

The restaurant located on King Street in Hamilton’s International Village then says it will fully open for dine-in services starting October 9 on Wednesdays to Sundays.

Black Forest Inn thanked Krombacher for sponsoring their new lounge menu – an addition to their classic German and Austrian items. The business also says their food prices won’t be increasing.
