Hamilton man charged with voyeurism

A 27-year-old Hamilton man has been charged with secretly taking images of women at the gym and casino and posting them to a pornographic website.

Police received several complaints from members of the GoodLife Fitness on Queentson Rd. in Hamilton that females were being recorded while working out and then being posted on Pornhub.

Michael Viny Mikhail has been charged with eight counts of voyeurism and one count of distributing intimate images.

Police say the videos were secretly recorded between October 2019 to March 2020 while Mikhail was a member at GoodLife and a former employee of elements Casino Flamboro.
