Hamilton man, 63, charged after driving erratically downtown

A Hamilton man is facing multiple charges after police received several calls about an erratic driver downtown Tuesday night.
Officers say the driver was seen shortly after 9 p.m. in the area of Barton St. and James St. North.
Investigators pulled over the 63-year-old man and safely arrested him. He is facing a slew of charges, including dangerous operation and impaired driving.

Police are not releasing the name of the accused as the matter is before the courts Wednesday morning.
