Patrons complain about restaurants not checking vaccination status

The city of Hamilton has received complaints about 20 restaurants and establishments that have reportedly not been checking the vaccine status of their customers. One patron who tried to clarify protocols with a downtown restaurant received a heated message in response from the owner. Nicole Martin reports.
