There are 821 new Covid-19 cases in Ontario. Despite cases rising in Halton, and leaders urging people to take immediate action to avoid the region being rolled back to stage two restrictions. All of Halton’s hospitals are only caring for a total of eight coronavirus patients. Matt Ingram reports.
