Halton Regional Police are investigating two bank robberies in the region on Wednesday.

Police say the first call came in around 11:30 a.m. of a robbery at the National Bank on Sheridan Garden Drive in Oakville.

Approximately 20 minutes later, another call came in for a robbery at the National Bank on Fairview Street in Burlington.

Officers are investigating these robberies and have no further details to share at this time.
