Gaza says hundreds of Palestinians killed in airstrike on hospital

First Published:

A horrific attack in Gaza on Tuesday. The Palestinian Health Ministry says at least 500 people were killed following a blast at a packed hospital.

The Israeli military denied any involvement, saying the rockets came from inside Gaza. This all happening as the territory endures Israeli airstrikes with more than 3,000 people killed there so far.

Authorities say thousands more are seeking shelter and treatment amongst the havoc, while others continue to flee south where Israel has promised they can find safety.

The latest blast is the deadliest incident since the initial strike at the beginning of the war, and it’s being condemned by world leaders including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who called it “illegal” under international law.
