For the 25th summer Emma’s Back Porch in Burlington will be one of the most popular spots on the waterfront. Staying open for 25 years is almost unheard of in the restaurant business but owner Craig Kowalchuk’s dedication to providing a great experience for his guests, while his staff are nurtured and mentored through the ranks, has kept Emma’s Back Porch as a hot spot in Burlington.
