The Ancaster Toy and Collectibles Expo had over 160 tables of vendors set up at the Ancaster Fairgrounds on Sunday.

It featured an outstanding mix of collectibles being offered by vendors from across Ontario.

Enthusiasts were able to skim through a selection of highly collectible items such as comics, action figures, Lego, hot wheels, vinyl records, and much more.

And the grand door prize was a signed Alexander Ovechkin hockey jersey.

Event organizer Tony Goddyn says the hobby of collecting doesn’t have an age limit.

“We do see a wide variety of people, and collecting is kind of cool, it’s something that a lot of people has peace of mind, and it gets us away from our worries,” Goddyn said.

“And a lot of it brings back childhood memories as well.”

The next collectibles show is in London, Ont. on September third.
