Christmas shopping at Limeridge Mall in full swing Sunday

It’s a busy time for retailers and now with only two weeks left before Christmas, shoppers are hitting the malls trying to get all their shopping done.

CHCH’s Jeyan Jeganathan spent Sunday afternoon at Limeridge Mall in Hamilton.

He found while the parking lots are still packed, it seemed fewer people were stressing about holiday shopping.

Customers say this year they’ve also been a little more organized, many skipping the crowds and shopping online.

Nearly a third of respondents to a survey by Deloitte said they are shopping in their pajamas, iPads in hand this year.

According to a survey by Deloitte, more and more canadians are embracing online shopping.

Another study found that more than 80 percent of shoppers also plan to pick up an item or two for themselves this holiday season.
