Youth charged in Welland sex assault

A 17-year old boy has turned himself in to police in connection with a sexual assault investigation.

Niagara police say two youths sexually assaulted an adult woman early Sunday morning. They’ve already arrested a 15-year old boy. Their identities can’t be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
