Ahead of an big event in St Catharines Wednesday night, Conservative leader Stephen Harper said Canadians have a clear economic choice on Monday: vote for a Tory majority with a proven track record on jobs and growth — or opt for a ‘tax and spend’ opposition coalition.


Earlier Wednesday the top Tory was in Waterloo, trying to shore up support for two of his MP’s who narrowly won their ridings in 2008. Our Lisa Hepfner was there.
