York off ramp reopening delayed again

The bottleneck on the westbound 403 at Main Street East in Hamilton during the morning and afternoon rush hours will continue a little while longer.

The reopening of the York Boulevard ramp has been postponed — again. It was supposed to re-open October 15th, then the province pushed it back six weeks until November 30th. Now it’s not expected to re-open until December 21st.

Weather’s being blamed for the delays. The ramp was closed in June.
