It’s been 12 years since the last World Cup of Hockey tournament, which Team Canada won, but in September the world’s best players will once again take the ice in Toronto to determine the best hockey playing nation. NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman was in Toronto to promote the tournament and all the events happening for fans who can’t make it to a game.
