Working out fair fares for disabled bus riders

The city of Hamilton is trying to steer a clear path through the Ontarians with Disabilities act in regard to fee waivers for disabled patrons on the HSR.

City staff are concerned that special fees could actually violate the act. Scot Urquhart was at city hall to hear the debate.
