Woman sexually assaulted during home phone service call, Stoney Creek man charged

A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the sexual assault of a woman at her home in Niagara Falls.
Police say a man working as a phone and internet repair technician went to the victim’s home on Feb. 18.
Investigators allege the man touched the 62-year-old woman “inappropriately for a sexual purpose without her consent.”
On Thursday, police arrested Mohit Kals, of Stoney Creek, and charged him with one count of sexual assault.
